Mommy-to-be spider watching over her eggs... They had been in a better protected place before I pruned the bush a bit. ^^?

I was taking some snapshots of a small beetle on our borage plants, and somehow it seemed to be stuck between the plant's "hairs" - at least that's why I guess it couldn't fly off the first try. Good for me, so I got this shot in. :)

An image for a chicken-themed deco that went round on nervousness.org. I had to cut off bits on all sides to make it fit; hopefully that will teach me to mark page sizes more carefully in future.

Something between 4 and 5 inches along the sides, I guess.
