In the Philadelphia airport, F terminal, there's an artist who has work on display -- portraits of famous people as carved from telephone directories, and highlighted in ink to bring out the contrast. They're pretty impressive -- I didn't realize what they were until I looked close and saw the listings that remained in the background. I want quilts like that, but for $1000-$2000, I can sew my own.
